Inbox for short recordings

Sometimes, I just want to clear my mind. It would be amazing if Cleft could categorize any short recording (like 30 seconds or less) as a fragment and add it to an inbox-like place. The second step would be to be able to pick up specific items from it and combine them into a single entry to be processed as usual. After being processed, these note fragments would not be in the Inbox anymore.
