Emails from ‘@mail.sleekplan.com’ end up in Spam Folder

This pertains to any feedback updates or even direct emails from @jmitch As hotmail/outlook user, emails often end up in spam folder. Might sound trivial but for your users signed up with hotmail/outlook.com accounts, it can be an issue - they might get disengaged thinking that there aren't any updates on their reported feedback or reply to their enquiry to Cleft Team, whereas the reply might be sitting ducks in their spam/junk folder due to email deliverability issues
