Widget/app Icon for iOS, for quick access to record a thought

We've have multiple requests in our onboarding sessions, for a **Widget/App Icon on iOS for Quick Access** on user's device **Home Screen**, and when the phone is locked, on the **Lockscreen**. This is to enable quicker access to grab a thought and move it from idea to action. Kudos to Matt for suggesting this first!
