Text Editor Improvement | Click to edit

**Where I click in to edit a note, the cursor should be there not at the bottom of the note by default** Right now, we have identified how we can upgrade the user experience when updating notes or transcripts. * I need to be able to scroll down, click into the editor, and have my cursor be where i clicked * Right now if I scroll down, click to edit, it opens the editor but now it's scrolled back up to the top * Should also do the same if i click out. Keep current scroll position to where I was before I clicked out to save
